Money now sits across bank accounts, e-wallets, and cash. For couples, the records often live with one person only.
Affluena brings wallets, transactions, budgets, and savings goals into one place. Wallets can be shared with clear access: help keep the records, or only view them.
What we built
Transactions from every wallet
Income, expenses, and transfers between wallets go into one list, with totals.
- Income, expense, and net flow totals for the transactions shown.
- Shortcuts for income or expenses, transfers between wallets, balance adjustments, split bills, and templates.
- Recent transactions from every wallet, ready to open or edit.
Every wallet, shared ones included
Bank, e-wallet, cash, and goal wallets each show their balance. Shared wallets are marked.
- The total balance across every wallet.
- Shared wallets are marked, with your access, such as view only.
- Members of a shared wallet are managed from its card.
Sharing with clear access
The owner invites people by email and picks their role. An invitation waits until it's accepted.
- Who's in this wallet, with their role and status.
- Invite by email, then pick a role: members can record, view-only people can't.
- Everyone sees their own role and access.
Savings goals
Set an amount and a deadline, deposit regularly, and track progress, alone or with others.
- Progress, target amount, and deadline on one card.
- Deposit straight from the card, or invite others to save together.
On mobile
The mobile app and the web app share one server, so the records always match.

Details we took care of
- Money that adds up
- Amounts are stored as whole numbers. Transfers with a fee are calculated in one place, so both wallets always match, whether the transfer is created, edited, or deleted.
- View only means view only
- People with view-only access can still open the wallet, reports, and exports, but can't change anything. People who haven't accepted an invitation see no balances or members.
- Deleting an account keeps others' data
- Deleting an account needs the password. Goal wallets shared with other people are detached, not deleted.
- Nothing recorded twice
- Recurring transactions and their notifications are handled one at a time, so nothing is recorded or sent twice even if the scheduler runs again.
The same approach works for
- Family or community funds
- Shared savings
- Apps with shared accounts
- Products that need web and mobile
